2025 Huron Band Camp
Huron Band Camp will take place from August 11th-18th, 2025 at Interlochen Arts Camp (IAC) at Interlochen, Michigan.
In preparation for the upcoming school year, the bands go to the IAC for one week of marching band fundamentals, concert rehearsals, sectionals, a concert performance and evening social activities. The students are housed, fed and rehearsed in the camp facilities, but we provide our own faculty and supervision. Any present or future member of the Huron High School bands is expected to attend this fun and rewarding week of music making.
A concert will presented in Kresge Auditorium at Interlochen to showcase students' work on Sunday, August 17th at 1:30 p.m.
Parents and families are welcomed and encouraged to attend this wonderful performance in one of the most famous open air venues in the US.
Mandatory Pre-Camp Rehearsals for all Gold, Green, and Symphony members from 7:00pm-9:00pm on August 6, 7 and 8.
Final registration and uniform fitting will take place at 9:00am-12:00pm on August 11th in the band room.
*Important* - Band camp is a required experience for members of Concert Gold, Concert Green, and Symphony Bands.
Not attending band camp can affect your band placement. Scholarships are available for students in need of assistance.
