Summer Instrument Rental Procedures and Guidelines
31) Contact Mr. Ash for the availability of instrument requested. Email him at: [email protected] (If you are an incoming 9th grade family, please contact me and not your 8th grade director. DO NOT PAY FOR THE INSTRUMENT RENTAL UNTIL YOU HAVE A CONFIRMATION FROM MR. ASH.
2) Register for the rental online by completing a Summer Instrument Rental registration (no class) and print a receipt of payment to show Mr. Ash as proof of payment. The course ID for Summer Instrumental Rental w/o registering for a summer music class is TBD. The fee is $50
3) Visit the Huron Band Room during the following dates/times to pick up your instrument:
a) TBD
b) TBD
- If these dates do not work, please contact Mr. Ash ([email protected]) to set up a time.
- Please make sure both student and parent/guardian come to pick up the instrument(s). Both are needed to sign the guarantee card during checkout.
4) To be eligible to rent an instrument over the summer, a student must be enrolled in an Ann Arbor Public School music program during the upcoming school year. The instrument should be returned to school of origin by first day of the upcoming school year.
